You could make that or slice and freeze for smoothies. You could roast some peaches to have with yogurt or ricotta cheese for breakfast. My favorite thing is to grill them and serve with whipped marscapone with a drizzle of caramel sauce and garnished with toasted nuts. We did this in cooking class yesterday…it was simple and elegant and just amazing! Hope this helps!🍑😊

I work at a super cool museum in Philly called the Wagner Free Institute of Science – if you’re in town again on a weekday, you should visit (we’re sadly not open weekends). Also the Mutter Museum is cool and weird. There’s so much amazing food in Philly, too! Try Barbuzzo for a splurge, Jones for comfort food, and don’t forget ice cream at Franklin Fountain! Glad you had so much fun – this city is awesome (though I do miss D.C.!
